Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
Develop new business opportunities through field sales activities, networking, and referrals.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues in a timely manner.
Identify cross-selling opportunities for other products or services offered by the company.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and performance metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in insurance industry.
MBA/PGDM degree from any specialization (preferable but not mandatory).
Strong understanding of general insurance concepts and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
