Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and social media (as directed). Assist customers with questions about Typsy Beauty products, promotions, and policies. Research and help resolve customer issues, working collaboratively with the customer service team. Maintain accurate customer records and contribute to the development of helpful customer service resources. Gain exposure to different aspects of customer service operations. Participate in training sessions to develop your customer service skills and product knowledge. Observe and learn from experienced customer service executives. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
