Job Description

Position Title: Associate

Business Function: Investment Banking- Account Ops

Job Location: Gurugram

1 to 3 years of experience

5 days working

Full Night shifts job

Work from Office

Must have:

Experience in Investment Banking and account maintenance.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Opening of Investment banking account.

2. Managing their request for any change.

3. Closing of account.

4. Ensure all process tasks are completed

5. Respond to data queries and provide support to stakeholders

6. Ensure self and team is escalating critical issues to Department Head/Lead thereby ensuring a seamless process flow

7. Provide ideas to remove complexity and increase productivity by process improvement/lean processes.

8. Contribute actively in documenting procedures and work instructions.

9. Ensure data integrity and strict adherence to SLAs

10. Own, coordinate and delegate work as required

11. Work across functions to identify root cause to breaks and contribute to find resolutions.
