Job Description
- You will be a member of a small team owning all aspects of the SaaS Business Platform project management, development, test and delivery responsibilities.
- At least 3 years of experience in configuration and management/integration of ServiceNow based applications (table and record definition, business rules, notifications, record producers, flow designer, client and server side Java scripts, etc).
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT or related discipline
- High integrity and compliance with Nokia Platform principles (Open, Fearless Empowered)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Fast learner
- Able to operate in a fast-paced RD environment
- Low resistance to change, agility in taking on different responsibilities
- Strong understanding of Agile mode of operation
- UI development experience using UI Builder and/or Service Portal designer
- Experience in implementation of REST or SQL based interfaces with external systems
- Understanding the definition/requirements associated with stories in which you are assigned
- Creating a design that is reviewed with the development team and in line with best practices as well as the overall system architecture/design
- Developing/configuring bug fix solutions and new capabilities
- Planning, documenting and executing unit test
- Demonstrating your solution to the internal team and product management
