Role/ Job Title: Product Analyst

Function/ Department: Retail Assets

Job Purpose:

The role holder has the responsibility to perform customer and competitive research. The role holder is expected to analyze & make recommendations on how to improve existing features, collaborate with all the stakeholders to design solutions and draft requirement specifications for new features.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Consult and liaise with stakeholders to gather and confirm business requirements.
• Analyze and consolidate information to develop solutions to ensure business requirements are achieved.
• Partner with key stakeholders to identify how business requirements can be delivered to ensure improved user experiences & reduced cost and time impacts.
• Provide expert support to key stakeholders in managing system and process changes.
• Produce functional, technical and system design documentation.
• Conduct feasibility studies of applications and system solutions.
• Facilitate testing of new Salesforce functionality roll-outs.
• Utilize and champion, Agile techniques to deliver on competing requirements.
• Stay abreast with global market trends and competitor strategies in key markets.
• Create test scenarios for applications & enhancements, ensuring functional requirements are met.
• Has experience working in Agile Delivery & Release Model.
• Scrum Certified or JIRA awareness.
• Techno-Functional capabilities.
• Has appetite to drive complex projects.
• Key Success Metrics: Projects implemented, Number of user stories.
