Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• To drive the leasing activities for the commercial properties in Hyderabad.
• Business Development i.e. sourcing new deals through intermediary network (IPCs, Local Consultants, Relationship Managers, Banks & Architects)
• Relationship Management with Clients, IPCs and Local Property Consultants.
• Co-ordinate with Clients, Architects and Project team for all fit outs works.
• Communicating the terms & conditions of leasing out the space giving complete commercial details.
• Efficiently handling the due diligence, legalities, registration and documentation of the transaction.
• To provide assistance in executing the procedure of handover and takeover.
• To manage database of all clients.
• MIS generation

Preferred candidate profile

• 6 to 10 Years with relevant experience in leasing and commercial activities in real estate industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical and commercial skills.
