Job Description

Utilize Amadeus and Sabre to assist customers in booking, modifying, and managing reservations efficiently.
Demonstrate proficiency in navigating GDS interfaces to provide accurate and timely information.
Handle customer queries

Required Candidate profile

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a Voice Process with expertise in using GDS systems, specifically Amadeus and Sabre.
2. HSC/Graduate qualification.
3. Strong problem-solving skills
