Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for regional application development and support.
• Coordinate with internal team member activities so that their deliverables are seamlessly integrated and delivered on a timely basis.
• Manage Project Budget, Allocation, quality & client solution delivery
• Understand client needs, provides realistic expectations, establishes specific customer satisfaction standards and monitors the same
• Participate in meetings and understand different business processes and functionality in detail.
• Business stakeholder management
• Aligning to business requirements
• Understanding and demonstrating the criticality of the business requests
• Availability and punctuality on commitments made
• IT & Project Budget preparations & tracking
• Application solutioning and bid submissions
• Validate program design, SRS & planning documents
• Verifying change requests and defects; documenting, tracking and communicating plans to stakeholders.
• Delivering and implementing the project as per scheduled deadlines; extending post-implementation and maintenance support to the client.
• Vendor Management including SLA management and engagement with selected vendors.
• Vendor coordination for capturing vendor issues, solving them and when required bring about escalations to ensure smooth operations
• Manage IT delivery with the vendor support

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of Microsoft .Net framework, SQL Database, Enterprise content Management, AWS. Knowledge on Digital technologies will be added advantage
