Managed Services Offer Leader - Pune @ Capgemini

The leader will be largely responsible for strategy, growth, and delivery. The candidate will be both a thinker and a doer and will have demonstrated a high degree of collaborative business practices in his/her previous executive experience.

You have a passion to work with clients, bringing their business ambitions to life across technologies focusing on managed services application maintenance work.

• You are a key player in a large managed services engagements spread across any of the ERP packages SAP/Oracle/Workday
• You have more than 15 years of experience in any of ERP (SAP/Oracle/Workday) SAP is preferred- and with running engagements of diverse nature, Application Maintenance and/or Development.
• You have a good understanding on running support engagements inline to standard ITIL principles across all lines of services (Incident Mgmt, Service Request Mgmt, Problem Mgmt, Knowledge Mgmt)
• You are proactive in understanding clients business issues and are able to resolve tickets within stipulated time frame within agreed SLAs
• You have Hands on experience in pre-sales processes and understand the process for bid responses.
• You can do client presentations, lead POC developments, and lead RFP responses.
• Endowed with a natural leadership, your qualities of customer relationship and business development are recognized.

• Oriented towards the satisfaction of your customers, you are driven by a taste for challenge, and you know how to bring productivity improvements from time to time.
• Deeply immersed in your ecosystem, you materialize business development leads.
• You are used to work in an international environment, with different teams business advisory consultants, solution experts, marketing, and sales teams and create networks across countries.
• You are engaging and enthusiastic communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Your experience in presenting to senior client stakeholders goes up to and including CxO-level.
• Additionally, you can demonstrate either experience or willingness to learn.
• You are mobile, you have a good level of English, and you like innovative projects. An offshore or international experience would be a real plus.
• Experience in Financial Services industry is preferred
