Job Description

Software Requirements:

Strong knowledge of big data technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
Experience with big data processing and analysis frameworks, such as MapReduce, Hive, and Pig
Familiarity with big data visualization and reporting tools, such as Tableau and Power BI
Experience with programming languages such as Java, Scala, and Python

Overall Responsibilities:

Design and develop big data solutions to meet business requirements
Manage and maintain big data environments, including cluster and storage configurations
Analyze large and complex data sets to uncover insights and trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement big data solutions and integrate with existing systems
Develop and implement data quality control processes to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for big data systems

Skills:

Strong technical knowledge of big data technologies and concepts
Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong programming and scripting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience:

5+ years of experience in big data and data analytics
Proven track record of delivering big data projects

Day-to-Day Activities:

Designing and developing big data solutions to meet business requirements
Managing and maintaining big data environments, including cluster and storage configurations
Analyzing large and complex data sets to uncover insights and trends
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement big data solutions and integrate with existing systems
Developing and implementing data quality control processes to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Providing technical support and troubleshooting for big data systems

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
Professional certification in big data technologies is a plus
