This involves understanding the local job market, industry trends, and competition. Sourcing Candidates: Utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, career fairs, and professional networks to identify potential candidates. Candidate Screening: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and evaluating candidates" qualifications and fit for the organization. Interview Coordination: Collaborating with hiring managers and organizing interview schedules for shortlisted candidates. Employer Branding: Enhancing the company's. reputation as an employer of choice within the region through marketing initiatives and maintaining a positive employer brand image. Collaboration: Working closely with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders to understand their talent needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly. Compliance: Ensuring recruitment processes comply with all relevant employment laws and regulations in the region. Data and Analytics: Analyzing recruitment metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of the hiring process and identify areas for improvement. Talent Pipeline: Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for critical roles to reduce time-to-fill and enhance the quality of hires. Onboarding Support: Collaborating with HR and hiring teams to facilitate the smooth onboarding of new employees. Market Research: Staying updated on industry and regional market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor insights to inform talent acquisition strategies.
