Manager / Manager Experience 4 to 8 years in Media Sales (with at least 1-3 years of experience in digital media Sales) Job Type- Full Time Accountable for meeting and exceeding digital sales revenue goals Contact potential clients to describe advertising opportunities. Fix up meetings with CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Heads, Brand Managers, Digital Leads & Managers, Agency heads, Planners, Digital heads, Agency buyers as well as Account Leads Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationship by partnering with them and understanding their needs Relationship with digital Agencies One of the Primary KRAs is agency connects with major digital agencies in West along with connects in other agencies as well Group M, Madison, Interactive Avenues, Wavemaker, Mindshare, Essence Mediacom, Fulcrum and others such as Starcom, Blink. Resultrix, Watconsult, Xaxis, Logicserve, Pivot Roots & others. Understanding the nuances about Digital Media Selling- Branded Content exposure along with digital inventory, YouTube Ads, Social, Website, App, and Sponsorship. Excellent communication & presentation skills with a problem solving & Idea driven approach. Proactive approach in planning. With maximum focus on client and agency engagement. This profile includes an idea-driven approach to convince clients about branded content, product placement & content integration. Contact existing clients to arrange the placement and design of advertisements they have agreed on and ensure an ongoing relationship Research client needs and explain the benefits of buying advertising space, responding to any issues and resolving queries on time. Explain pricing costs to potential clients and negotiate a fee if necessary. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of the new services and competition status Work with client in Rest of Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP, CG as well as South India. Work with production/creative/ editorial & Content teams to ensure that agreed advertisements are carried, content is worked out and brand visibility is maintained in the right place and at the right time Track deliveries and keep record of sales, contacts and deals as well as recover payment dues and ensure timely invoicing. Flexible to travel West & South, Ability to prioritize, multi task, lead Forecast Annual, Quarterly and Monthly revenue. Deliver sales reports, sales pipeline, and tracking as well as maintain Campaign reports. Develop and implement new sales initiative and strategies Extensive knowledge of digital sales processes, digital platforms, technology trends, customer buying pattern and budgeting Should possess knowledge of media advertising, competitive strategies, product marketing and product management
