Job summary As a React JS Tech Lead, you will be a key technical authority, responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers. You will play a crucial role in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of React JS technologies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and test React JS applications. Develop user interfaces with a focus on usability and performance using React JS. Design and implement responsive web applications that work seamlessly across various devices and browsers. Understand business requirements and deliver end-to-end. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions. Lead the front-end development process, providing technical guidance and mentoring junior developers. Stay. up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending best practices to enhance the development process. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues throughout the software lifecycle . Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. Requirements Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 6-9 years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js. Proven experience in developing and deploying large-scale, high-traffic web applications using React JS Expertise in JavaScript, ES6/ES7, HTML5, CSS3, and related technologies. Solid understanding of state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and component-based architecture. Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services. Familiarity with build tools, such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Excellent communication and team management skills
