We invite you to join 50+ Voyagers Travel and Adventure Club Pvt Ltd, a 10 years old company established exclusively to serve 50+ age group on travel and enrichment. We are India's first and fastest growing travel start-up, specialized in organizing domestic and international group tours for senior citizens. Fresher and experienced from both from tourism and customer service background with very good English communication skills can apply for this role. Responsibilities - Explain Tour packages to clients by phone and via email. - Assist client in booking international and domestic group tour packages that we offer. - Complete booking process, collect payment, Id Cards - Ensure booking of flights, visa , insurance etc - Maintain CRM for all enquiries and bookings - Contribute in tour planning, tour itinerary preparation, supplier booking - Participate in marketing - email, social media . Qualifications - Must be extremely good in speaking English and good in spoken Hindi . Good communication skills and client relationship management skills - Interest and ability to do customer service, tour products sales - Good to have knowledge in domestic and international travel destinations - Computer knowledge in Microsoft word, excel and outlook email
