Job Description
-
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management, Time Tracking, Absence, etc)

Perform integration testing of Workday with third-party systems using EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio integrations.

Conduct regression testing during Workday updates and system releases.

Coordinate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and clarify test scenarios.

Participate in Workday releases, feature testing, and system validation.

Identify, document, and track bugs or issues using tools like JIRA or Client ALM.

Maintain test documentation and support UAT and post-deployment validation.

Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Assist with automation of test scripts using Workday automation tools or external frameworks (preferred).
