Ienergizer is currently seeking individuals to join our esteemed organization in the role of Airline Voice Process Executive for Air India.

Job Location: Noida Sector 60

Role & responsibilities - Handle Inbound Calls from Airline Passengers. Assist customers with Flight booking, ticket cancellations, rescheduling, baggage inquiries, and other related services. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 Year of Travel Experience is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with clear and professional phone voice.
• Good knowledge of airline operations, ticketing system, and travel industry practices.
• Proficient in using travelling software GDS/ Amadeus system is required.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Comfortable with rotational shift
