- Job Title: Airline Voice Process Executive

- Working Days: 5 days a week

- Working Hours: 9 hrs

- CTC: 40K

- Location: Noida Sector 60 (Near Sector 59 metro station)

Responsibilities:

• As an Airline Voice Process Executive, you will be responsible for addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, providing assistance with ticket booking, cancellation, rescheduling using GDS and AMADEUS software.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills

- 1 year of mandatory experience in travel

- Strong customer service orientation

- Knowledge of GDS and AMADEUS

- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
