Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Formwork Design: Develop detailed formwork designs that comply with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements of the specific product.
2. Structural Analysis: Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure the integrity and stability of formwork systems under various loads and conditions.
3. System Selection: Evaluate and select appropriate formwork system for RCC construction, considering factors such as strength, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
4. Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, present design proposals, and address any concerns or modifications necessary for project success.
5. Cost Estimation: Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for formwork materials.
6. Site Support: Provide on-site support during construction phases, addressing any design-related issues and ensuring adherence to the approved formwork plans.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field with 5-10 years of experience.
2. Experience in formwork industry will be added advantage.
3. Proficient in structural analysis software and AutoCAD/Solidworks/Revit/Staad-pro.
4. Strong understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work
