Salary Structure

Noida - 18 To 25kctc + Attrative Monthly Bonus

Delhi - 20 To 33kctc + Performance Based Incentives

Gurugram - 20 To 33Kctc + Performance Based Bonus

Note -Salary completely depends on communication skills & interview

Roles & Responsibilities

• Overseeing the customer service process.
• Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
• Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
• Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.

Preferred Candidate

• Any undergrad or graduate with six months bpo experience will be an advantage .
• Candidate must be fluent in English.
• Communication and thought process has to be good.
• Must be comfortable working from office.
• Candidate must be versatile in terms of rotational shift
• In Domestic Process - For Females will be day shift
