Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Advocate. The Advocate will be responsible for representing clients in all kinds of legal. disputes by providing adept legal representation. The Advocate should be well-versed in dealing with documentation, contract drafting, negotiations, and other legal processes. Qualifications Expertise in the areas of Civil and Criminal Law and Kerala High Court procedures Previous experience in handling litigation and out-of-court settlements Understanding of legal processes such as documentation, contract drafting, and negotiations Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide legal advice Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university and a minimum of 3 years of experience in practicing law Strong research and analytical skills
