Job Description

/ Responsibilities Software Bid Management for. the Practice Proposal Preparation, Co-ordination with support departments, Prepare/ conduct Proposal Presentations, work with Business Finance to finalise bid commercials, work with Legal on SOW / Contract documentation and ensure compliance to the defined processes. Tracking of all bids submitted by the practice. Pipeline Management Working with the Sales team and Practice Head to drive the pipeline for the practice Sales Support Support sales regions in identifying prospects/ offerings, Lead nurturing, Market Research, Preparing write-ups/ presentations for client meetings, Facilitate/ Participate in pre-sales meetings/workshops Collateral Preparation Preparation of Practice related pitch decks, sales collaterals, Case Studies, Competence Documents etc
