Job Description

SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Support Executive to join our company- iEnergizer. As a Process Associate, you'll be responsible for taking inbound calls and resolving their queries.

JOB TITLE: Customer Support Executive

SALARY:

40K CTC

39600 in hand ( including 5K attendance bonus)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
• 1 Year of working experience in an Airline
• Inbound Voice Process is a plus
• Must have an excellent knowledge of GDS tool (Amadeus is preferred).

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receiving calls from Airline Passengers.
• Assist customers with Flight booking, ticket cancellations, rescheduling, baggage inquiries, and other related services.
• Resolve customer queries or issues or providing customer support regarding services.
• Responsible for taking inbound calls

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Proficient in using travelling software GDS system is required.
• Good knowledge of airline operations, ticketing system, and travel industry practices.
• Must have minimum 1 Year of experience working in a travel process
• Graduation mandatory.
• Must be comfortable with rotational shifts.
