Job Description
- Administer, configure, and maintain firewalls (eg, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, Cisco ASA, etc).
- Design and implement firewall rule sets, NAT policies, and VPN configurations.
- Monitor and analyze firewall logs and security events to detect and respond to incidents.
- Perform regular firewall audits, policy reviews, and updates to ensure compliance with security standards.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues related to firewall rules, routing, and NAT.
- Coordinate with security, network, and infrastructure teams to manage changes and incident response.
- Participate in the planning and execution of network and security upgrades.
- Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
