Job Description

Drive business requirement by working with Operation s, Deal Desk, Strategic Pricing, Product Marketing, Finance and business teams to translate Lead to Quote requirements into scalable system solutions

Implement technical best practices relating to Salesforce including Lead, Contact, Opportunity , Quotes, Approvals, and Discounting rules

Manage technical relationship with developers to guide scope of work, oversee deliverables, collaborate with QA team to build test plans

Facilitate requirements gathering sessions/workshops, documenting process flows , conducting UAT sessions, system demos and co-ordinating deployment

Scope, test and implement enhancements tied to Run-the-business, Product releases and Roadmap projects

Build future roadmap for out Salesforce platform and figure out a most optimum roll out and execution strategy

Troubleshoot run the business issues

Share updates on Product Roadmap Plan
