Job Description

 Planning and budgeting of outbound dispatches on monthly basis. Fleet Management, Logistic
Planning Logistic Management  Follow-up, Weekly audit, Container stuffing planning Driver/Supervisor handling at ICD  Distribution planning, Planning & executing deliveries, route plan, and delivery schedule Resource planning for efficient loading and unloading of materials as per stuffing & dispatch plan  Export documentation of all dispatches as per plan and requirement of customers  Coordination with production & Warehouse regarding all pipeline and confirmed export and domestic shipment plan  Tracking of all domestic dispatches and information to customers on day to day status of all outbound dispatches Export & Import shipment documentation and review before submission to finance for negotiation with bank for payment Creating invoices for all scheduled dispatches. Arranging Logistics through booking logs with vendors for timely loading and dispatch of shipments from plant Tracking delivery till customer destination and feedback thereof.
