Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities. Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met. Manage the preparation of the companys budget. Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions Assign projects and direct staff to ensure. compliance and accuracy Meet financial accounting objectives Requirements and skills Proven experience as a Accounts &Financial Manager Candidate should have at least have 5 to 6 years of recent experience of Manufacturing Company Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns Proficient user of finance software Salary Budget: Upto 10 LPA
