Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Manager HR based in New Delhi with flexibility for some remote work. The Assistant Manager HR will be responsible for supporting HR-related tasks such as recruitment, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. The Assistant Manager HR will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and will work closely with managers to identify opportunities for process improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role or equivalent experience Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employment laws, and best practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience with HRIS systems and reporting. tools Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities An advanced degree or relevant certifications, such as PHR or SHRM-CP, is a plus
