Job Description

Creates innovative visual design, layouts, iconography and interactive web and mobile products solutions to ensure that all products are consistent with the corporate brand and identity. Provide detailed design and layout specifications for responsive UX/UI design as well as brand for the company Understand and design complex functional specifications Responsible for production design and asset management for each project assigned Work closely with software developers, interaction designers, usability specialists, marketing personnel and product managers Deliver all design solutions on time, with a high focus on detail Define processes, practices, and culture, hiring and onboarding designers to. scale design team Key Competencies Good aesthetic & conceptualization ability Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of a user-centered design process. Create holistic design solutions that address business, brand, and user requirements. Experience with prototyping, user research, and design thinking as a means to explore and convey design solutions. Experience building and maintaining design systems, design principles, and streamlined UI/UX workflows. Familiarity with mobile app design and mobile-first design principles for web Independently manage time, prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines with teams Create standards, style guides, specification documents to support visual design system that gets delivered to the customer. Proficient in Sketch, Adobe Photoshop and all tools required for design Strong ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Work with web developers and engineers to deliver the final product Manage communication at all levels and project deliverable. Excellent written and oral communication skills for interacting with senior managers
