Job Description

We are hiring for Manager - Accounts receivable for one of our MNC client based in Gurgaon. Role Brief We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager with 5-8 years of hands-on experience in accounts receivable, payable, purchasing, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the company's financial systems, preparing reports, and analyzing financial data to provide strategic recommendations to senior management. Youll be required to Oversee accounts receivable/payable, purchasing, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation processes. Prepare comprehensive monthly reports including Production Report, MIS, Marginal Costing, SKU Wise, Sales Data Analysis, and Budget Variation Report. Maintain diligent oversight of the company's financial systems and budgets on a daily basis. Organize and uphold accurate accounting records to ensure compliance and financial integrity. Analyze financial data to prepare financial. statements and accounting reports for senior managers and directors, offering strategic insights and recommendations. Investigate and address any financial irregularities promptly and effectively. Act as a liaison with banks and other financial institutions when necessary to facilitate smooth financial operations. Contribute to the turnaround of any loss-making departments through strategic financial management. Collaborate with external outsourcing partners to implement improvements in accounting practices and procedures. Conduct monthly meetings with departmental heads to review overhead reports and ensure alignment with financial goals. Monitor the companys investments and finances regularly, providing comprehensive reports and recommendations to senior management. Oversee the preparation of tax returns and books of accounts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You Are The Right Fit, If You Have Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 5-8 years of progressive experience in accounting roles, preferably in a managerial capacity. Proven expertise in accounts receivable/payable, purchasing, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills. Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and compliance. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to drive process improvements. Experience in tax compliance and financial reporting. Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership qualities, sound financial judgment, and a commitment to driving organizational success through effective financial management and strategic decision-making
