Your Role: We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to fill the role of Director-Analytics.This position is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making and ensuring the successful integration of analytics and data science solutions into our product development processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, machine learning, product strategy, and business development, with a proven track record of delivering innovative and impactful solutions to customers. A Day in the Life: Build and own the vision for a 2-5 year roadmap for analytics and data science and identify new solutions/areas based on product-market fit, performing market analyses, refining product use cases, characterizing user personas, evaluating the Life Sciences healthcare tech competitive landscape, and defining Innovaccers sources of competitive differentiation. Spearhead product development, especially for early stage concepts-- this will include designing. high-fidelity product wireframes, gathering market input to assess and refine product-market fit, and collaborating with application and platform product owners on product development sprints Own the pricing, packaging, and messaging/marketing of our current offerings Lead efforts to identify opportunities for product improvements through data-driven insights. Closely engage the GTM team (sales and marketing) in support of GTM efforts, including preparing sales pitches, facilitating internal sales enablement activities, supporting upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and attending critical customer meetings and industry conferences. Similarly, work closely with the customer success teams to enable them on the newer offerings and take them to the current customers. Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into product development processes. Collaborate with our customers and prospects to understand the current pain points, emerging trends in the market, as well as collect feedback on our current offerings Collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data science solutions Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Lead the Healthcare transformation advisory practice to bring in digital transformation in Payer and Provider space Build transformation approaches in key areas such as Claims, Enrollment, Contact Center, Population Health management What You Need: Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or an MBA). Prior experience in US Healthcare is a must Proven experience of 10 Years in a leadership role within data science and product management. Experience with product development and the integration of data science into product life cycles. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. Experience with data visualization tools and techniques. Knowledge of cloud platforms and big data technologies. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
