Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing customer experience. Some work from home is acceptable, but the role is primarily located in Bengaluru. Qualifications Customer service representatives should have experience in providing customer support Customer satisfaction skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns Customer service experience, with the ability to manage customer interactions through various channels such as email, phone, and chat Excellent communication skills, both. oral and written Should be able to deliver on resolution TAT, which will require co-ordination across multiple stakeholders Capability to do outbound or in-bound callings Familiarity with financial concepts is a plus Familiarity with tools (excel) and relevant softwares (e.g. exotel) is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field is preferred
