We are hiring for a "Senior Education Counsellor" for the Vaishali location.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling Inbound and Outbound calls of students.
Understand the educational needs and aspirations of students.
Explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures, course structure, and course details.
Follow up with leads via phone calls and emails.

Required Skills:
Proven experience as an Academic Counselor/Telecaller in the education sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency and proficiency in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, lead generation
