This individual will actively support the MS - SBU finance team as well as the Molding Solutions Core Leadership Team for dynamic reporting and analysis activities. Core Responsibilities: Ensure financial accounting is compliant to standards and is done accurately & in timely manner Prepare of Income tax statements, review of GST, and TDS returns, while ensuring compliance with tax laws. Monitor and establish effective internal control procedures. Manage and. complete internal&external audited financials and tax audits in a timely manner Build and implement routine processes to ensure all payments (local and foreign) are executed in a timely manner Balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis to ensure a clean and accurate balance sheet Seeks continuous improvement in the financial process to include enhanced, standardized reporting, automation of processes, and enhancement of business cases. Support for Financial communication, execution of specific ad hoc reports Prepare accurately and submit timely Financial reporting in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system. Develop and manage the budgeting process, financial forecasts and action plans based on control measures. Support APAC Finance Director to automate and streamline reporting and analysis Qualifications: A proven track record with 10+ years of financial analysis, information technology or operational analysis experience of increasing responsibility Strong analytical skills, data-driven, analytical approach to problem solving leading to sound decision making Demonstrated project management experience and the ability to perform autonomously when needed to specific project assignments Highest degree of integrity and ethical behavior is essential High energy individual with proven ability to effectively manage and complete multiple tasks concurrently Strong desire to create value through seeking and applying innovation Strong Business Intelligence skills a must; experience with Power BI, Microsoft Azure, SAP and/or Epicor a strong positive Familiar with USGAPP, SOX, internal control process Education Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or Data Science/Information Technology is required. MBA is preferred. Accreditation in Accounting (CPA, CMA, or CIA) highly desirable.
