Job Description

Develop, implement and monitor the technical and
commercial strategy on the Indian market
o New business/client development, retention of
clients.
o Provide business intelligence on the market to
identify major projects
o Soliciting and logging client feedback and
evaluating the data to create new sales and
marketing strategies to target customers.
o Perform accurate reporting of its activities,
update the commercial database and provide
business forecasts to the Head of Sales

Sales Plan
o Expand the customer network within the
designated geographical area
o Help establish yearly action plans, yearly
targets and follow up on them
Negotiating direct contracts/sales
o Identification of prospect
o Collect the necessary information for the
establishment of new projects/contracts
o Get the tender publish on our Lock in
Specifications
o Submit the commercial conditions in line with
the customer requirement
o Negotiating contracts/tender submission
o Payment follow up
Reporting
o Regular updating of leads and opportunities in
the Salesforce
o Monthly review meetings with Sales Manager,
Product manager/Specialist
o Quarterly joint review meetings with the
Director Reliability

 

Bachelors in Mechanical/ Instrumentation
engineering
Minimum 3-5 years experience of technical sales.
Preference will be given to the experience in
condition monitoring sales Ability to self-learn, and comfortable in using
instruments and software
Proficient in spoken and written in English

 

Objective:
We are looking for a tech-savvy sales specialist to assist with the selling of condition monitoring /Industrial Reliability products and services in North Region of India

 

Bachelors in Mechanical/ Instrumentation engineering
Minimum 4 to 7 years experience of technical sales.
Preference will be given to the experience in condition monitoring sales
Proficient in spoken and written in English
Experience: 4 to 7 yrs
