Job description Role and Key Responsibilities: Job description Quality Analyst (Travel Voice Process) Monitors, evaluates and audits inbound Meet departmental productivity requirements Participate in calibration and call listening sessions with Quality staff, Delivery, and clients to ensure scoring consistency and best practice implementation. Participate in internal quality audits and designed to improve overall contact quality and recommend changes. Maintain strong program knowledge base, basic understanding of client products, services and/or program strategies. Contribute to maintaining forms and legends documents. Key skills & knowledge: Excellent knowledge on business understanding of Travel Technology (computer reservations systems, GDS systems and e-travel), Amadeus & Galileo mandatory. Graduate degree in related field with 2 - 5 years of experience is mandatory Should be a QA in domestic airlines process on papers Strong attention to detail. . Self-starter, sense of urgency and works well under pressure. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet timelines or deliverables. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
