Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for the position of Team Leader (Manager) - Virtual Channel (Up to 12 Lac CTC) at Waytogo Consulting, located in Noida. The Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of. virtual channel managers, overseeing the performance of the virtual channel team, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance team efficiency. Supervise a team of 150+ strong tele callers who will be engaged in selling of products to existing customers of the bank. Manage a team of Virtual Relationship Managers Acquisition. Develop and implement effective sales strategy to achieve business objectives. Analyze business numbers to identify opportunities and gaps for corrective actions. Ensure delivery of the sales targets assigned for the respective line of business. Improve existing processes to enhance productivity and overall performance of the team. Guide, coach and motivate teams across locations for improved performance Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in team leadership in the financial services industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members Demonstrated success in meeting targets and objectives, with the ability to build and execute strategies to drive sales growth Experience working in a virtual sales environment, with the ability to lead and manage a remote team effectively Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform business decisions and optimize team performance Experience working with CRM software and other sales-related tools Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals and objectives Experience in the financial services industry is preferred Note: CTC refers to Cost to Company and is an Indian term that describes the total salary package of an employee, including benefits, incentives, and other allowances
