Role Description This is a full-time role as an Assistant Professor in Operations Management at MIT School of Distance Education. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as curriculum development, conducting research, university teaching, and marketing for the department. This is an on-site role located in Pune. Qualifications Strong knowledge and expertise in Operations Management Experience in curriculum development and research Demonstrated ability in university teaching Marketing skills to promote the department Excellent communication and interpersonal. skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Operations Management or a related field Experience in the education industry is a plus
