Role Overview:
Skyhigh Security is hiring an Agile Coach to join our Engineering Excellence organization. Reporting to the VP of Engineering Excellence, you will play a key role in enabling strategic engineering initiatives across the company by helping teams adopt modern development practices, improve collaboration, and build a culture of continuous improvement.

Reporting to the VP of Engineering Excellence , you will play a key role in enabling strategic engineering initiatives across the company by helping teams adopt modern development practices, improve collaboration, and build a culture of continuous improvement.
You ll work closely with engineering teams, Quality and DevOps leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to introduce new ways of working from developer enablement and CI/CD automation to quality-first development and engineering standards. Your focus will be on teaching, coaching, and guiding teams to successfully adopt these changes in practice, while ensuring alignment across leadership and delivery functions.
This is a hands-on, people-focused role that requires strong facilitation skills, deep Agile expertise, and a passion for building high-performing, self-organizing teams. You will help teams navigate change, improve their agility, and embrace modern software delivery practices.
Responsibilities:

Coach engineering teams on Agile principles, delivery flow, and adoption of new tools and processes.

Facilitate workshops, training, and onboarding sessions to support initiatives like CI/CD, developer tooling, and quality practices.

Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment, buy-in, and sustained adoption of engineering excellence efforts.

Help identify organizational impediments and guide change at the team and system level.

Foster a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and psychological safety across teams.
Requirements:

Proven experience coaching Agile teams in a technical environment.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, DevOps, and quality engineering.

Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.

Experience leading change and enabling adoption of new ways of working.

Passion for helping teams thrive and delivering business value through agility.
