Job Title: Chartered Accountant Job Overview:
As a Senior Accounts Manager with a Chartered Accountant qualification, you will lead and oversee financial accounting and reporting activities within the organization. This role requires in-depth
knowledge of accounting principles, compliance regulations, and financial analysis. You will play a key role in strategic financial decision-making and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting:
Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting to management, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
2. Audit Coordination:
Liaise with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process.
Provide necessary documentation and explanations during audits to ensure compliance.
3. Budgeting and Forecasting:

Collaborate with management to develop and monitor annual budgets.
Prepare financial forecasts and provide insights into variances.
4. Financial Analysis:
Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and trend analysis.
Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
5. Tax Planning and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate tax planning strategies.
Provide guidance on tax implications for various business activities.
6. Internal Controls:
Establish and maintain robust internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
Review and enhance financial and accounting policies as needed.

7. Cash Flow Management:
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
