EXECUTIVE-HR(Female): Qualification- BBA-HR/MBA-HR (will be preferred) Experience- 1-2 years Salary- Negotiable Location- Head office (Gurugram) Requirements: Experience in an HR executive role. Proficient in handling job portals. Responsibilities: Creating job descriptions for required manpower, advertising them to get the best candidates, and handling the employment process. Creating and managing schedules, meetings, interviews, and other HR activities. Arranging interviews F2F as well as virtually. Reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates, and assisting in the recruitment process with external recruitment agencies to close positions on time. Handling the orientation of new employees. Handling and managing data and records of each employee of the organisation. Required Skills: Good written & Verbal communication skills (English). Excellent MS Office knowledge. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Salary: 18,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month Benefits: . Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Ability to Relocate: Gurugram, Haryana: Relocate before starting work (Required) Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
