Job Description Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource requirements. Lead project teams in the implementation of LAN networks and infrastructure projects. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Conduct regular status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders. Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure the timely delivery of equipment and services. Manage internal resources efficiently and optimize project workflows. Establish and enforce quality standards for networking and infrastructure projects. Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure the reliability and performance of implemented solutions. Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and status reports. Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to management and. stakeholders. Primary Skills Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in networking LAN and infrastructure projects. In-depth knowledge of networking technologies, LAN/WAN protocols, and infrastructure components. Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications are highly desirable. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Secondary Skills Familiarity with security considerations in networking projects. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
