Job Description

    • Position: Business Development Executive
    • Location: Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore
    • Salary: 30,000 per month
    • Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
    • Timings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
    • Reports To: Head of Business Development / CEO
    • Experience-0-1 Year

    Role Overview:

    We are looking for a dynamic and confident Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is an MBA graduate (with or without prior BD experience) who is articulate, quick-witted, and able to build strong rapport with people. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the CEO and Head of Business Development and be involved in client meetings and strategic discussions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in identifying and generating new business opportunities.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships through in-person and virtual meetings.
    • Support the CEO/Head of Business Development in client pitches and presentations.
    • Research industry trends and competitor activity to support BD strategies.
    • Prepare sales proposals, documentation, and follow-ups.
    • Maintain an up-to-date CRM and report on progress regularly.

    Preferred Candidate Profile:

    • MBA Graduate (Freshers or up to 1 years of experience welcome).
    • Smart, presentable, and quick at building rapport.
    • Strong communication skills both spoken and written.
    • General awareness and worldly knowledge of current affairs and business trends.
    • Comfortable interacting with senior-level stakeholders and clients.
    • Candidate who is confident and eager to grow in a client-facing role.
