Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager, located in Kochi. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all the daily operations of the store and ensuring that it runs smoothly and meets customer expectations. This includes managing customer service, inventory, sales floor, and staff. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in retail sales management Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills A bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferable Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage and motivate a team, prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and work under pressure Excellent customer service skills We encourage and welcome applicants of all backgrounds and identities.
