Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Utilize precision measurement tools, including vernier, caliper, and micro meter, to perform accurate and detailed measurements.

Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues in a proactive and timely manner.

Maintain detailed records of inspection results, testing data, and other relevant quality control documentation.

Implement and adhere to quality control policies, procedures, and protocols.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide input to enhance overall product quality.

Assist in the investigation of non-conformities, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.

Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.
