Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks using Java/Python/JavaScript
- Implement and maintain automation suites using tools like Selenium, Playwright, and Robot Framework
- Build and manage test strategies and detailed test plans for various projects and features
- Ensure CI/CD integration of test cases using GitHub Actions and version control via GIT
- Develop and execute API testing using Rest Assured or other language equivalent
- Perform end-to-end automation of Salesforce Cloud applications (Sales, Marketing, Service, etc.)
- Conduct code reviews, drive best practices in QE, and mentor junior QA engineers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and DevOps
- Contribute to release readiness by ensuring test coverage and defect management
- 10+ years of experience in software quality engineering and test automation
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, and/or JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, and Robot Framework
- Expertise in Git and GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipeline integration
- Proficiency in REST API testing using Rest Assured
- Deep experience in testing Salesforce applications (Sales/Marketing/Service Cloud)
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test strategy development, and test planning
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience in setting up and maintaining Selenium Grid infrastructure using Docker or Kubernetes
- Knowledge of Playwright infrastructure setup, including scaling in CI environments
- Familiarity with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling)
- Prior experience in testing microservices-based architecture
- Knowledge of test data management and synthetic data generation techniques
