Department: Accounts & Finance Experience: 2 to 6 Years Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately. Verify and reconcile invoices, bills, and receipts. Ensure timely collection of payments from clients and disbursement to vendors. Handle billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies. Prepare financial reports and assist in budget tracking. Maintain accurate and organized financial records. Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes. Stay updated on industry regulations and financial best practices. Assist in audits and financial analysis as needed. Contribute to the financial success of the real estate company through effective accounts management. Qualifications and Skillsets: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable in the real estate industry is a plus. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office. especially Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
