Senior Software Engineer / Team Leader / Senior Dot Net Developer @ Hbl Engineering

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Lead a team of software developers, Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices
• Facilitate professional development and training for team members
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET, WPF, WCF, and Oracle/SQL Server
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability through best practices and design principles
• Plan, prioritize, and manage development tasks to meet project timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Work closely with QA, and other teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment
• Drive the adoption of new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance productivity.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/Core, WPF, WCF, and Oracle/SQL databases
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Experience with designing and implementing RESTful APIs and SOA architectures
• Hands-on experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and database performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills
