Job Description

Hands on experience on below for more than 6+ Years CCNA (Mandatory U3, CCNP U4); Configuring and troubleshooting Cisco switches & Routers (Cat OS, IOS) , Hardware & Software Hands On Experience on Campus LAN Technologies Design , Internet and understanding of MPLS, Good knowledge on Routing protocol EIGRP/OSPF/BGP Experience on Cisco ISE & SDWAN (Preferable) Experience on Cisco Wireless (Preferable) Experience on all ITIL Process (Preferable) Demonstrate an expert understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP and Ethernet protocols Experience in contact centre, BPO environment is preferred by not mandatory Willing to work in shifts 24*7 is a must Excellent Communication Skills
