Legal Business Services (Advisory) is a part of Advisory function and focuses on providing a breadth of business services to our clients - corporate legal teams of multinational corporations and law firms. Work youll do As a Service Delivery Manager in our LBS - India offices of the US (LBS USI) Your work will involve managing implementation of contract lifecycle management systems (CLMs) for our clients in the US, UK, and other regions. Broadly this involves implementing CLM solutions such as Icertis, Agiloft, Evisort etc. for our clients. Typically, depending on the project, the work may include any or all of the following: Solutions: Manage project teams that work with clients to identify requirements and develop solutions to support implementation of contract lifecycle management systems Delivery: Manage delivery teams that configure and integrate the CLM systems to meet the client requirements. Work with clients, CLM systems vendors, and internal LBS team members to ensure the projects are delivered on time and according to clients specifications and requirements. Support: Manage development of training programs and documentation and oversee software support around day-to-day activities related to processes and various technologies or situational changes Client management: Actively manage client stakeholders as part of delivery of CLMs implementation projects. Conduct workshops, manage status calls with clients to support CLMs implementation efforts. Project management: Manage project management tasks such as creating project plans, tracking deliverables, milestones, creating status reports, and actively managing calls with the internal and external stakeholders Sales: Work with the LBS leadership to manage sales efforts, including responding to RFPs, creating proposals, and pricing models, and drafting statements of work, etc. Strategy: Work with the LBS leadership to develop, refine, and execute strategy to grow the CLM implementation business. Contribute to various firm-level initiatives to create eminence in the marketplace and improve the service delivery. People management: Manage the professional development of fellow LBS USI team members. Act as a mentor to junior professionals and provide guidance and counsel to develop their technical, soft skills, and provide professional guidance to help them progress in their career journey. Performance management: Monitor performance of team members on the project, identify areas of improvement and develop and execute performance management strategy and plans to ensure the team members deliver to their potential Required skills Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in managing the large scale end-to-end CLM implementation projects Icertis implementation experience is preferred Implementation experience related to Agiloft, Coupa, SirionLabs or other CLMs is also relevant Experience in managing multiple workstreams within the implementation projects Experience in managing large teams Experience in managing client relationships (preferably clients from US, Canada, or UK) Strong upwards and downwards management skills and experience Strong people management skills with a focus on building and sustaining high-performing teams An empathetic team leader who believes in a community and workplace that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion Someone who believes in and promotes work life balance and flexibility Someone with focus on delivering results in challenging scenarios A client first attitude and a substantive bent of mind coupled with process understanding Someone who brings a point of view to the table every time Preferred skills Experienced in working with teams spread across different geographies Someone with relevant Icertis certifications (preferably, ICI Administrator, ICI Functional Professional, and ICI Project Manager. Other ICI certifications are also relevant) Well versed with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project Qualification With a graduate/postgraduate degree in computing, information technology, or related fields, or master's in business administration.
