Role Description This is a hybrid, full-time position for an Electrical Design Engineer at APRNT Manpower Services located in Gurugram, with some flexibility for remote work. The Electrical Design Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and equipment. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all designs meet project requirements and comply with safety and regulatory standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, or a related field Proven experience in electrical design, with knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and equipment Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software Experience in project management and leading a team Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards and ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations Strong communication and. collaboration skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus We also look for candidates that show familiarity with programming skills like Python and Java and experience using databases like SQL.
